Our Audio Visual and Control systems will continue to work long after the project has been completed and handed over to you, but it will require regular checks to ensure that it continues to operate properly and at its optimum level. We carry out inspections to check operational effectiveness, identify weaknesses, and recommend solutions before potential faults lead to breakdown. ComSec ensures our service to you, and care for your system, is an on-on-going process so you continue to enjoy your system to its full potential.
If your system was installed by another company, but has some unresolved issues, we are available to troubleshoot and advise on any suitable alterations and / or upgrades that maybe required.
We are also able to offer off-site support by remotely logging into your system if the necessary features are in place, removing the inconvenience of having to wait in for engineer if at all possible.
We offer Planned Preventative Maintenance contracts which are tailored to meet your requirements and system, and maintenance is carried out with discretion and minimum disruption.
