PROJECT MANAGEMENT
ComSec provides a full project management service, to ensure each stage of installation is co-ordinated, from start to finish. This role directs the installation team and plans their workloads by monitoring and controlling the amount of time required during each stage, provides guidance to the relevant subcontractors and client team, acts as a single point of contact for all project enquiries, and prepares the required documentation. We possess the skill and knowledge base for both residential and commercial integration; design and installation of home theatres, audio and HD video distribution, lighting, video conferencing, data networks and telecoms, as well as security systems and the software required for user interfaces, ensuring delivery of the project on time and on budget, to the highest quality of industry standards. |
